The 158-acre sports facility is home to eight tournament baseball fields, four tournament women’s fast pitch softball fields, one Miracle Field, ten full size tournament soccer fields, and two championship synthetic turf football/ soccer fields.
New buildings and structures include three large pavilions, six concessions facilities, grandstands and press box, and a maintenance complex. There are also walking trails, playgrounds, picnic pavilions, and interpretive environmental study areas. Decorative site lighting for all park entrances, roadways, parking lots, walk paths and pavilion areas enhance the navigation experience.
The HVAC design includes complete heating and cooling of the various buildings throughout the site. The majority of the buildings are designed with individual split system units. The maintenance building has radiant heat in the garage areas along with split system heating and cooling in the enclosed areas.
STW provided extensive coordination with local electric utility, Nolin RECC, for high voltage distribution into the park for a complete electrical distribution system. Decorative site lighting for all park entrances, roadways, parking lots, walk paths and pavilion areas enhanced the navigation experience.
