All HVAC equipment was integrated into a central controller for scheduling, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Domestic hot water was provided by electric water heaters. Fire protection was provided by a wet pipe sprinkler system as well as a clean agent suppression system that was utilized to protect the 911 dispatch area and related electronics. The electrical systems consisted of creative lighting designs and energy-efficient lighting. The building incorporated a wireless data network infrastructure and a digital CCTV camera system.
