Other features include a small exterior kennel and secure bike storage area.
The HVAC of the facility was designed to give the owner flexible zone control throughout the building spaces. This is accomplished by the installation of a high-efficient variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat recovery system. Outside air is provided through the use of a make-up air unit with energy recovery, providing an efficient means for ventilation. The community pavilion was also designed with ventilation, providing comfortable conditions during community events.
Domestic hot water will be provided by electric water heaters. Fire protection will be provided by a wet pipe sprinkler system as well as a clean agent suppression system that will be utilized to protect the 911 dispatch area and related electronics. The electrical systems will consist of creative lighting designs and energy-efficient lighting. The building will incorporate a wireless data network infrastructure and digital CCTV camera system.
