The new Phi Mu house on the University of Kentucky’s campus represents the chapter’s promotion of vibrant living & encouragement of its members to achieve their personal best.
The house features individual resident room bathrooms and a full kitchen. The HVAC system provided by STW included geothermal heat pumps with exterior vertical geothermal well field. The system also included an independent energy recovery unit to provide make-up air to building.
