The Martin on Main project is a nearly 200,000 SF development which offers 137 residential apartments with private balconies and garage parking. Apartments include micro-studios, studios and one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 515 to 922 SF.

The mechanical system for these apartments had a combined focus of low maintenance and high efficiency equipment. The plumbing system was designed to meet the current (stringent) Kentucky Plumbing Code. High attention to detail was provided in coordination with the Architect on fixture placement and locations of shut-off valves for the building maintenance staff.
