Crafting The Commons: STW’s Distinctive Designs

Located just outside downtown Lexington, KY, “The Commons,” a sprawling 40-acre mixed-use development, is quickly taking shape. Emphasizing energy-forward designs, this vibrant hub will encompass retail outlets, restaurants, short-term rentals, office spaces, entertainment complexes, a distillery, and pet parks. The development’s aesthetic revolves around lush greenery, inviting green spaces, and well-lit signage.

Shrout Tate Wilson has completed design for the Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects Office and the Core and Shell building which will soon house Goodwood Brewing and the RD-1 distillery. Currently, the Goodwood Brewing project is awaiting design commencement, and we are actively engaged in designing the RD-1 distillery. Each project underscores our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
