Located just outside downtown Lexington, KY, "The Commons," a sprawling 40-acre mixed-use development, is quickly taking shape. STW has been a part of several projects taking place in this development including the RD-1 distillery, Goodwood brewing, and Sherman Carter Barnhart Architect's new office.

These prestigious recognitions highlight the innovative and impactful contributions made by the entire design team for both projects.

The Jefferson Community & Technical College Advanced Manufacturing & Information Technology Center received an AIA Honor Award while the Bullitt County Public Library, Central Library received an AIA Award of Merit.

The former masonry and timber warehouses on Lytle Street in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville will soon be transformed into a $17.5 million multi-use development. Called Painters Row, this 45,750 SF renovation will include new offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and +71 apartment units.

Friday, April 28, 2023 marked the day of the groundbreaking celebration for the new Oldham County Goshen Branch Library. The facility will feature a larger book collection, more technology, outdoor events, larger meeting rooms, and larger study areas. The new library is expected to open by next year.
