ARH Highlands Operating Room Renovation

STW engineered complete replacement of the HVAC equipment serving the OR suite at the facility. The renovated HVAC allows for the entire suite to be serviced from one central unit, providing uniform cooling and heating across the suite. The facility was also fitted with new variable-air-volume (VAV) boxes serving OR rooms and support spaces, allowing for each space to achieve accurate airflow per ASHRAE Standard 170-2017. All operating rooms were modernized with new finishes and lighting, with the three oldest operating rooms receiving laminar flow diffuser systems. The new equipment was connected to the existing building control system, resulting in real-time feedback to maintenance personnel on equipment serving the OR suite.
