Painters Row Coming to Louisville Neighborhood

The former masonry and timber warehouses on Lytle Street in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville will soon be transformed into a $17.5 million multi-use development.

Called Painters Row, this 45,750 SF renovation will include new offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and +71 apartment units. Between the two renovated properties, there will be dedicated parking for businesses and residents.

This project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023. Shrout Tate Wilson is proud to be a part of this transformative project for the surrounding neighborhood!
